Fantastic company, great prices, prompt service, excellent attention too detail.

From time of call to complete install of our new hot water service was 4 hours! Courtney was great, explained everything in detail and went out of his way to help us. Alicia in the office was wonderful, very polite and made sure we knew what was going to happen. Service was second to none, 100% would recommend.

Had Troy come out and replace my hot water unit. I phoned in the morning with no hot water and I was up and running again by the afternoon. Very very happy with the prompt and efficient service that I received. 10/10 would recommend!!

Troy C did some very complicated work fitting a 1960s pedestal basin in old bathroom. He did a fantastic job and his attention to detail and the care he took was brilliant because of course we didn't have all the right parts. He made it work. He also went above and beyond the call of duty in crawling around under house to identify a leak. Cannot recommend Troy and Fawcett highly enough...E. Howell

Absolutely amazing service and price!

We have used Fawcett twice now, an electrician and a plumber. Both times from the first phone call I was put at ease, costs were explained, the name of the guy on his way (who then called me with an arrival time). They were punctual, professional, fixed everything quickly but thoroughly and then tidied up! I definitely recommend!!

Fawcett has done a number of jobs for us with both electrical, gas and plumbing work. We have been really pleased with the quality of their work, the expertise and professionalism of their staff. Say with electrical work, the same electrical worker comes each time so that he knows our property's wiring and history back-the-front which is a bonus.

You know you're old when you're excited by a toilet replacement, but I seriously couldn't be happier with the job Elliot from Fawcett did in replacing our toilet system. Good communication, on time, fast turn around and I'm very happy with the product. Would recommend

Fantastic Work!! Jordy and Elliot came out to clear my blocked drains. It took some doing, they did an awesome job. I can not speak highly enough of these lads, on time, polite, professional, friendly, explained what they were doing and why. Elliot went through the house and checked everything all toilets, basins, baths etc were draining as should be. I will have them out again, for any other jobs, should the need arise. Prompt , careful, kind , relible and helpful

The professional behaviour and kindness as well as their knowledge from Reception to tradies Plumber Courtney and Tiler Mike was fantastic. My leaking shower was fixed after 2 previous plumbers told me there was no leak!! Except it leaked into the connecting bedroom destroying the carpet,skirting board and leaving unhealthy mould. I can’t thank them enough or recommend them highly. They are the best Karen Messenger

Learned about the Fawcett Group from a close friend. I wanted to upgrade my home plumbing structure & I wanted to know whether Fawcett Group would be ideal for the job. Contacted their customer service & Mr. Johnny interacted with me. I presented my concept about my home plumbing system & Johnny shared many points with which Fawcett Group could materialize the concept. Lisa is the reason I love this company, she is helpful beyond belief, bends over backwards to get stuff done and generally a nice person. My experience is always pleasant and when I refer the company Lisa is always the name I use.

We have used Fawcett quite a few times now; every experience keeps getting better and better. I was extremely impressed with their administration team. We spoke and coordinate the job through both Lisa and Sue and they were able to squeeze us in on the same day. They found and repaired the leak within 2 hours. We were absolutely stoked; highly recommend this company.

We had contacted Luke from the Fawcett group a year prior to our actual job starting. We had asked for a quote for plumbing/gas/electrical a Granny flat. What we were impressed with, was when we received the quote everything was itemised and made it relatively easy for us to understand. Our quote changed along with our circumstances and Luke kept us informed, answered our concerns and queries and followed through when he said he would. The Fawcett team was friendly, approachable and helped relieved some of the anxiety and stress of 2 people with a young daughter both working full time while overseeing the build of a GF and at the same time renovating the main house. Along the way we added some extras which were fairly priced ,and when you're spending north of 23K on the GF we really were budget conscious. Like anything there were a few hiccups along the way again dealt with quickly without drama. Our suggestion to anyone dealing with any company ,especially if you're spending a not inconsiderable sum is to be clear in what you want, be open and flexible to expert advice and work with your builder/tradies etc and if things do a bit awry, then keep the communication going and flowing. I'm happy to recommend Luke and the Fawcett group. Kim and Feve

The whole team did a great job of my project but in particular Lisa organised the job and made it so easy and then sue followed up after the job in accounts. they made the whole thing a wonderful easy experience
