After having no hot water over the long weekend, I rang Fawcett in a panic hoping I could get a plumber today. After ringing reception it was only about 20 minutes before the plumber called to tell me that he was on his way. After throughly explaining what the problem was and my options I felt comfortable in my decision to go with a new system. The boys went and got the new system and it was installed straight away!
